Need to raise a support ticket?
For additional queries where you are unable to find an answer in the provided material, you can raise a ticket at the Helpdesk and a member of the support team will be able to provide further assistance.
To find out how to raise a ticket, follow the guide below.
1 - Scroll down to the bottom of any page you are on, you will find the Help and Support column at the footer. To raise a ticket, click on the link below.
2 - You will be directed to the following page. Type in your username and password. These are the same credentials as used when logging into QMplus or your Queen Mary e-mail.
3 - Once logged in you will be presented with the following page.
If you have a query regarding IT services or regarding Estates and facilities click on the links respectively.
4 - The IT self-service helpdesk is as follows. Here you are able to request a particular service, view the top 10 most requested services, report a library fault and view your ticket history.
