Dear All
firstly thank you for sharing your work yesterday, it was wonderful to see yur work not only this module but in some cases across other modules. you should all feel proud of what you have acheived in relative little time - its no mean feat to make a film.
for those of you who couldn't make it to the screening or stay for the award annoucement.

Best screenplay - the art of emotion - BA Dissertation
Best cinematography - lost meridian
Best doc - life in Paint - Creative Documentary
Best direction - F for Father - BA Dissertation
These films will go on to be screened in January at the Turn Up Flm Festival at the Regent Street Cinema - which we are launching in collaboration with three other London institutions. We will convert these to DCPs ready foer the screening.
To all of you - please get your films out to festivals. choose ones where they have student strands - not the big ones - but festivals that programme films from students and emerging filmmakers. Also if your film is genre then look for those. Some excellent work.
importantly - please keep a file of your film on your drive. - you never know when you will need it.
