1. How to do it

Introduction

 this is an incredibly important test, and very difficult to do unless practised. It is unlikely that you will ever be asked to do it, but you may assist a colleague, even by just collecting the materials required to achieve it.

It is  certainly something that we teach our OMFS  dentally qualified residents to do, and in time with guidance and mentoring, you may be able to do it yourselves.
