Creating your PDP - written instructions

These instructions supplement the video instructions. Please use them as you need. 

Step One - Login

Login to QMplus Hub (you can find the link to it at the bottom of every QMplus page)

Step Two - Create your PDP

Go to the Portfolio area

Click 'Copy'

Type PDP in the box and click 'Search'

Click on 'Copy collection'

Rename your PDP - enter your name at the beginning of the 'Collection name' text box

Scroll down - click 'Next: Edit Collection Pages'

Scroll down - click 'Done'

Step three - Add evidence

From the Portfolio area, click on your PDP

Choose which discipline and which criteria question you want to add evidence to

When you are ready, click on the relevant spot for that discipline/criteria

Add text, links or images to the evidence area

When you have added what you need, scroll down and click 'Save'

ADDING FURTHER EVIDENCE

If you want to add further evidence to a discipline that already has content, go back into your PDP Portfolio

Click on the relevant criteria question that you want to edit

Click 'Edit' (found on the right hand side of the page)

Find the annotation and discipline you want to edit and click on the cog icon

Add any further evidence you want

Make sure the 'allow feedback' button is set to YES

Click 'Save'

step four - Share your PDP with your academic tutor

From the Portfolio area, click on the padlock icon of your PDP and choose 'Manage access'

Use the 'Share with' drop down box to choose 'Users'

In the Search bar, start typing your tutors name and click on their profile when it appears

Click 'Save'
