1. Introduction

Introduction

All of us cannot imagine that we are where we are. As this is typed we don't have any absolute clarity about where any of us will be this week, next week, or one month hence.

Domniki, John, and I  have put this short course together to help you gather your thoughts and support you in what you are being asked to do.

We are certainly mindful that medical school was tough, and that was full-time for five years, clearly this course is not about becoming a doctor, or able to do things that doctors do straightaway.

As  OMFS  surgeons, we have a long history of training densely qualified juniors up to junior doctor standard, and we have used this together with the educational principles and understanding of Domniki who is both a senior academic and in addition then he qualified who has helped  as understand what  we should educate on.

 please therefore remember that this is not a course which gives you a qualification, it is merely an educational resource.
