We offer a wide range of In-Sessional modules which can help you to maximise your performance at university and improve the quality of your academic assignments.
If you are an international student, and English is not your first language, then these modules are suitable for you.
Home students who have English as their first language also find they benefit from the academic skills that these modules develop.
QMUL LANGUAGE SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME
In line with QMUL's commitment to offer students a multidisciplinary education, a number of scholarships are available to undergraduate students who wish to learn a language in addition to their main programme of study (this scheme will be extended in future years and opened to postgraduate students). Students can apply for a scholarship for one 15-credit module of language per year. This module will be non-credit bearing and will not contribute towards your degree result.Our Language Centre offers Arabic, Japanese, French, German, Mandarin and Spanish, for all levels from beginners (A1) to advanced level (C1).
Our staff will help you achieve a high level of communication in your chosen language, in both every day and professional situations.
